More accurate activity chart
Neil Kalman (thatkookooguy)
I have 2,379 contributions this year on github.
My codersrank profile is integrated with my github profile (including private repos) and my stackoverflow. So my assumption is that my activity chart on codersrank should be higher than GitHub since it supposes to include them both

I would love to suggest all kind of things, bit I really think the first step is to make codersrank aligned with GitHub. Making it include all the contribution types GitHub includes. I just think it's weird to show the same graph as one of the tools you scan, and than show something far less attractive than that tool. Why wouldn't someone want to show off that they opened a lot of issues for an open-source project? It's a good marker for quality as well.
If it helps you make it clearer what kind of contribution is every square, and you think it will allow companies to look at commits specifically if that's what interests them, I say let's go with that. But my main goal on this site is to have a single profile that I'm sending ppl. What I care about as a user is to show everything I'm proud I did in the industry. Not only my commits.

Hi everyone, thanks for bringing it to our attention. Yes, there is indeed a mismatch here - the reason for this discrepancy is that at CodersRank we consider your commits and StackOverflow asked/answered questions. GitHub includes information about your comments, pull requests, etc, so it all revolves around a definition of "contribution". At the moment I'd say it's unlikely that we would be expanding our definition, but we might reevaluate it in the future. I'd love to hear your thoughts around this - what actions would you like to see included in the activity chart? Would you perhaps like to see different types of activities marked in a different way?

The same for me, GitHub says 418 contributions, codersrank says 58 activities, whatever that means.
