Will be good to have ability to add manually selected Technology Badges to list of favorite badges

For example, I'm the expert in Drupal technology and have this experience in "Technology" block, but not in "Scores & Badges" block.

So I want to demonstrate this "Drupal" technology badge in first place, instead of very wide "Top-50 in PHP" rating.
